Power-Save Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great pride in ALL of our hand crafted items. All products are carefully inspected upon their completion. As well as prior to packing & shipping. 

We will gladly exchange, return, refund, or store credit any product. Some restrictions do apply, please read our entire return/refund/exchange policy. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order - items. If an issue should arise please contact us immediately.
 
Return/Exchange Policy Steps:

2. Item(s) must be received back to POWER-SAVE ENERGY CORP. within 7 days for replacement, refund, exchange or store credit.  

3. Items must be returned in their original condition & packing. 

4. After these steps have been completed PROPERLY & we have received your item(s) back.  You will receive a return,exchange/credit.  A refund/exchange/credit will be issued to you in the manner it was received.

Please Note We Do Not Accept  ANY of the following Item(s) For Returns or  Exchanges.  


Return/Exchange Shipping Policy:
1. ALL returns, exchanges refunds are minus S/H costs. We will deduct our cost of S/H of that order from  the amount of your refund.

2. Customer is responsible for all S/H costs to return non-defective  item(s).  We highly recommend you track your returns with delivery confirmation. So that you may confirm we have received your item(s) for return. You  may also  want to consider insuring your return. POWER-SAVE ENERGY CORP. will not be responsible for the loss of any returns that have not been insured.

3. All orders over $15.00(subtotals) are shipped with insurance and claims are handled in accordance with the USPS  policies. If you should receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately so we may help you.

4. If you should receive a defective item or an error  with  your order.  We pay all standard shipping charges to replace  the item(s). Our errors will be corrected and shipped at our expense.

Restocking Fees & Custom Orders Policy:

1. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise that is not defective. Items you simply don't want or need.  **This only applies if returning an item(s) for a money back refund. (Does not apply to exchanges or store credits). 

2. All custom made to order items including valances curtains and bedding ect. are not returnable nor refundable.  Sewing & Craft Patterns are also not returnable nor refundable. 

Refused & Undeliverable Packages Policy:

"Refused Orders/Packages"
Refusing an order/package upon attempted delivery does NOT entitle you to a FULL refund. Refused orders/packages will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Plus our cost to ship package to you & return shipping back to us. ***As we are charged return postaged for all refused packages.

"Undeliverable Orders/Packages"
 Undeliverable orders/packages upon attempted delivery does NOT entitle you to a FULL refund. Undeliverable orders/packages will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Plus our cost to ship package to you & return shipping back to us. ***As we are charged return postaged for all refused & undeliverable packages. Please be sure the  address you submit with your order is correct.

***Our restocking fees cover the costs that we  incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to: merchant processing fees, wages, transportation fees, inventory shortage, our time, materials, packaging.
