Application:
The Yonge Parkade, which consists of over 800 parking spots on 5 levels of parking at the Toronto Eaton Centre.

Installation & Results:
A light manager was installed in October 2006 into our electrical room on the 3rd floor.

Through independent testing by Carma Metering we are pleased to announce a reduction in our Hydro consumption for parking lighting of approximately 17%.

The new lighting controller increases the light bulb life by reducing the voltage. The LDC controller works automatically and requires minimum maintenance which includes an annual inspection by the manufacturer.

We are delighted with the reduction and shall be ordering more lighting control boxes for our other buildings.
